By engaging with companies and industries, the associate aims to increase RCS:'s long term value by accelerating our strategy and developing solutions and new opportunities through partnerships that further our mission.

RCS: is seeking an exceptional, product-minded business development leader to develop and manage RCS:'s marketing portfolio. This role will be home office based and is focused on building relationships across several industries, building relationships and executing marketing partnerships to drive user and revenue growth, and growing and managing our partners.

Associate will:

  • Engage/Qualify warm inbound leads and pass on opportunities to RCS team via salesforce.com
  • Conduct sales activities including prospecting and developing opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with prospects and users
  • Consistently meet objectives by achieving your qualification quota (xx for  business every 3 weeks)
  • Work closely with Sales Team on key projects (Marketing, Website Development, Logo, Blog) to optimize sales process
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries generated through RCS website, marketing campaigns and programs
  • Maintain call volume of 5 calls per day with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth for Field and Inside Sales
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
  • Monitor social web for sales opportunities and leads
  • Conduct concentrated sales campaigns
  • Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
